Forty-Five Mimutes
From Broadway
Nothing has struck the popular
chord with fuller force in years
in New York and Chicago than
George M. Cohan’s play, ‘‘Forty
five Minutes from Broadway,”’
which will be presented at the
Grand on Nov. 2, with that ever-l
popular comedian, Bert Leigh,
as ‘‘Kid Burns,”” and Hazele
Burgess as ‘‘Mary,”’ the house
maid, in New Rochelle, N. Y.
There are humorous incidents|
galore and numerous songs and
dences in the entertainment. Its
misic is being Lkummed and
whistled everywhere, and its
bright lines and jokes repeated
everywhere. ;
’ Mr, and Mrs. C. H. Brook
