in Jewing him down to fifteen dollars, at
which price he agreed to take the home,
and also took the negro and placed him
in the haccls of a couple of constables,

As so mo people (mostly these who do net

—no loss. The company will cot, if they know
it, in .sure the full value of a house. On a $4,000

quarter of the hazard to tho owner—a wise rule,
and one that all reliable insurance companies

The Southern Mutual has paid to ritixensof

and during its existence here has paid.hundreds
of thousands of dollars in losses, fully satisfying
its policy holders, and yet we never had any un

The patrons of the company may rest assured
that their policies call for the full amount writ
