street. See was taken sick tha day of her
arrival, but tbe symptoms of yellow fever

Louisville, July 25.—Ac a meeting of
the directors of tho Louisville Board of
Trade this morning, it was resolved that
tbe Board express their earnest sympa
thy with the people of Memphis, in their
present calamity, aad extemlhi cordial in

chants as have been compelled to leave
their homes to locate in this city, and

of Trade is hereby tendered to merchants
