Tlie bill introduced in tlie Senate to-day, by Mr. Bruce, appropriating tlie interest of $510,000 unclaimed pay and bounty of colored soldiers to aid in the educatton.of tlie colored soldiers, is similar to the bill in troduced in tlie Senate by Mr. Bailey a few days ago, except that Mr. Bruce's hill ex tends the proposed benefits to twenty-two colored schools and universities, located in fifteen different States, while tlie bene fits under Mr. Bailey’s bill, are conferred upon only five universities and normal Washington, December 16.—In the House the Committee on Naval Affairs to-dav, through Representative Gibson, introduced a hill to amend an act to en courage the establishment of marine schools, so as to extend its provisions to the cities of Wilmington, Charleston, Sa vannah, Mobile, New Orleans, Galveston, ami Baton Rouge.
