Thomas arrived here, this morning, from Athens, and is at the Planters’ Hotel. Mr. Thomas will lec ture to-night, in the Presbyterian Lec ture Room, on “The early struggles of emineut men." In his lecture he will j give notices of Edgar Allan Toe, Pow ers, the artist, and others, whom he personally knew, as well as give illus tions from general History and Biogra pliv.
