Tho first 467 prizes, similarly printed aid en circled, are placed in another wheel. Tho wheels aro then revolved, and a number is drawn from the wheel of numbers, and at the same time a prize is drawn from the other wheel. The number and prize drawn out are opened and exhibited to the audience, and regis i tered by the .Commissioners ; the prize being placed against the number drawn.
