seperate slips of paper, are encircled with small I
tin tubes and placed in one Wheel.
The first 457 prizes, similarly printed and en-!

The wheels are then revolved, and a number
is drawn from the wheel of numbers, and at the
same time a prize is drawn from the other l

j opened and exhibited to the audience, and regis
j tered by the Commissioners; the prize being
