PLAN OF THE LOTTERV.
The numbers from 1 to 50.000 corresponding
with those numbers on tho Tickets printed on
[ seperato slips of paper, are encircled with small
1 tin tubes and placed in one Wheel.
The first 457 prizes, similarly printed and en
| circled, are placed in another wheel.
The wheels are then revolved, and a number
is drawn from the wheel of numbers, and at the
same time a prize is drawn from the other
w heel. The number and priz< drawn out are
opened aud exhibited to the audience, and regis
tered by the Commissioners; tho prize being
placed against the number drawn. This opera
tion is repeated until all the prize- are drawn out 1
Approximation Prizes.— The two preceding
and the two succeeding numbers to those draw- 1
ing tho first 7 prizes will be entitled to the 28
Approximation Prizes. For example: if tickei !
