Thus, the we 1 ! known Keystone Club, the most

‘•Resolved, That the assertion of presses pro

Mrs. Hannen, No. 600 Fourth Street Street says of
DR. M’LAJiE’S CELEBRATED VERMIFUGE,
Prepared by Fleming Bros , Pittsburgh, Pa,
New York, May 15, 1852.
A child of mine showing symptoms of worms, I gave it
a bottle of Dr. M*Lane’s celebrated Vermifuge, which
brought away a bunch of worms, numbering, 1 should
think, about thirty. The child was very sick during the
operation, but is now well and hearty.
Mrs. Twist, No. 18 Avenue D., writes under date of
August 10, 1852, and eay she had been troubled with
worms for more than a year, and that she look one bottle
of Dr. M’Lane’s Celebrated Vermifuge, prepared by Flem
ing Bros., which brought away trom her over three hun
dred worms, big and little. She now believes herself to
be entirely free from disease.
Mrs. Huggins, a German woman, residing at 204
ington street, says that after using one vial of M’Lane’a
Celebrated Vermifoge, she passed two large tape worms.
The above certificates are all from parties well known
in this city. If there are any who doubt, they have the
names and addresses, and can satisfy themselves by per
sonal inquiry.

It is ma io‘roin the best barley] that can be selected in Eu
rope, with the essence of an aromatic Italian berry of ac
knowledged <md extraordinary medicinal properties- It has
long since acquired a hig er reputation, both in Europe and
\merica, than any >ther diuretic e\e rage.
In Gravel, and Raeumatisra, in ob tructions of the
B adder aud Kidneys, aud in Geue ral Debili'y its ]eßects are
prompt, ami invariably reliable. And it is not on >y a reme
dy or these maladies, but in all cases in which they are pro
ducer! by drinking bad wn* -r, which is almost universally
the cause of them, it operates as a sur e leventive.
The distressing effect upon the stomach, bowels and blad
der, ol travelers, or new lesidents aud all persons unaccus
tomed to tuem, produced by th waters of nearly all our great
inland rivers, like the Ohio, M'saisslppi, and Alabama, trom
the large quantity of decayed vegetable matter contained in
them, in a state of solution, is well known, as also that of the
waters of limestone regions, in producing Gravel, Galculi, and
Stone in the bladder. The Aromatic Schiedam Schnapps Is
a i absoiutecorrective of these inhirious properties of bad
water, and consequently prevent* the diseases which they oc
cation It l. j also found to be a c ire and preventive of Fe
ver and Ague, a comp'aint caused by the conjoint effect of
vegetable malaria in The atmosphere, and vegetable prutes
. dccs in the waters of those districts in which it princi

quently in great demand by persons traveling, or about to
settle in those parts ol the country, especially, as well as by
many i every community where it has become known on
accountof its various jlher remedial properties.
In a’l c isea of Dropsical tendenc;.,it is generally the only
remedy required, when adopted in the • arly stages of the
disease. In Dyspepsia maladies, when taken in proper quan
tities, as a diet drink, aud especially at oinner; it is found by
uniform experience, to be eminently efficacious In’the most
obstinate cases, when even, the best of|the usual remedies
have failed to afford more than temporary relief. In cases of
Flatulency, it is an immediate and in /aluable specific; and it
may be administered in diluted and proportionate quantities
even to young infants,in all those paroxysms of griping pain
in the stomach and bowels to which they are especially sub
ject, as well as in the colic o? grown persons.
Us judicious adoption in connection with the principal
meals, or when a souse of exhaustion dictates its use, never
fails to v elieve'ihe deoilky attendant upon protracted chronic

by their highest written authorities.
