A PROCLAMATION WHEREAS I have »e -ceived official informa tion of a mofl barbarous and c uel murder having been com mitted on the body of Ifaiah Hailey, in the county of Frank 1m in the faid Bate, on or about the feventh day of January laff, which appears by a certifrc\-te o( the verdiQ of the inquefl held thereon, from |ohn Collins, efq. coioner of the faid county, and returned to the F xeemive Department, to have been per petrated by a ceitain John M'Kee, of the faid county of Fianklin, who has fmee ab fconded. In order therefore that the faid John M’Kee may bebrought to exemplary jullice, I have thought fit to iflue this my pro clamation, hereby offering a re waid of One Hundred Dollars to any perfon or perfom}, who will apprehend the laid (bbn M’Kee, and lodge him in fome (ccure gaol within this Bate.
