and leals, cf all officers civil and
military of this ftate, who have
taken and fubferibed the. oath to
luppert and maintain the Conlli
tution thereof, in pur l nance of
the a6t of the General Affembly
of the ftate, palled the 29th day
of November 1800, entitled,
ft An ail to give further time to
the officers of this ftate to take
and fubferibe the oath required
by the adl entitled “ An ad to
compel all officers civil and mi
litary within this ftate to take
and fubferibe an oath to fupport
the Conftitution thereof,” puffed
the 16th day of February 1709;
and alio an act palled the sth day
of December 1799.
And that they do further
make return, in like manner of
all officers refuting within their
refpeclive counties who may
have neglected or refilled to
take and fubferibe the fame.

on the Mulberry Fork of the
Oconee and Indian Creek, ad
joining Procer Horton’s land
and Mr, Reed, and generally
known by the Beaver ruin, on
which is an excellent mill feat,
and alfo a handfome piece of
cane break, equal to any in the
ftate for the cultivation of corn.
