of John C. Nightingale’s,for the
fum of one thoufand dollars
each, we do hereby rclinquifh
all claim on the laid Patrick
Jack, for Inch indorferrtenr, and
further oblige ourfdves, to de
fend him againft ail claims what
foever, for, or on account of the
Paid notes.
