Sec. 1. And be it further
enabled, That in cafe of failure 1

Sec. 3 And he it further
enabled. That the aforefaid tax,
including all cods and charges
as a-orefaid, flvall be and remain
: a lien upon all lands, and other

Sec. 4. And be it further
S enabled, That in all cafes where-
I in any tract of land may have

| divided into two or more dilbinft
parcels, each parcel having one or
more diftinft proprietor or pro
prietors, it (hall be the duty of
the collector, to receive in man
