And whereas in and by

things declared cc that all writs
of eleftions to fill vacancies

quired to give public notice

filling the vacancy cf a Mem
ber in the Houfe of Reprefen
tatives of the United States,
occafioned as herein before
pointed out.—
And I do he reby require and

Counties of this Rate, on
WEDNESDAY, the fifteenth
