From the National Intelligencer* thoaja's pain i TO THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES. FLIT PR the FIFTH I T is alwavs rhe intend of a far grater part of the nation to have a thing r ghr, than to have it wrong j and, therefore, in a country whole government is founded on the fyftcm of elec tion and rep re len tan on, the fate of every party is decided by its principles. There is a point of much higher importance to attend to than any thing that relates to the individual N!r. Burr; for the great point is not whether Mr. Burr has intrigued, but whether the legiflaturc has in trigued w ith him ? Mr. Ogden, a relation of one of the fenators of New-Jerky of the fame name, and of the party arfaming the ftile of fe deral ifts has written a letter pubidhed in the Ncw-York [No. 192.
