Their Wertphalian Majeflics arrived in their capital, at 5 in the morning of the Gth inft. The ICing of Weftphalia by a decree limed here on the 2.5th ult. has eftablifhed in his dominions an Order of Knighthood, which is to bear the name of—“ I he Or der of the crown of Weftphalia’* It is to confift of 10 grand com manders, 80 commanders, and 800 knights ; the penfions of the two former dalles to be 2000 franks, that of the latter 250 francs.
