the 15h day of November
in the year 1809, in terms cf an
act of the general affembly of
the Ifate of Georgia, pointing
out the mode of rendering void
all grants and Oiher proceedings
founded upon falfe or fraudulent
returns, made by perfon3 not en
titled to draws in the late land
lotteries of faid ft ate, obtain a
feieri facias, from the cleik of
the fuperior court of Randolph
county which was made return-
able to the faid court at March
term, in the year 1810, and di
rt fted to the flu riff of Franklin
'county, in which you are charg
ed of having entered your name
fraudulently and contrary to law,
in the faid county of Franklin,
for one draw in the fecond land
lottery for faid ftate, and to have
drawn lot number fourteen, in
the fourteenth diftrift of Bald
win county, and that the faid
fherifF hath returned thereupon
that you were not to be found.
Y ou are therefore as well as all
other perfons, who have any. in
tend: in the Did lot of land, re
quired to come forward and
make yourfelves parties in the
faid caule, and to anfwer the
allegations exhibited by the faid
id. fa. and to fhew caufe, if any
you have why the proceedings
which may h tve been had under
the falle or frau lulent return,
