HPAKE notice, that I did on X the 15;h day of November in the year 1801), in terms of an aft of the general afilmbly ol the fhtc of Georgia, pointing out the mode of rendering void all grants and other proceedings founded upon falfe or fraudulent returns, made by perfons not en titled to draws in the late .land lotteries of laid ffate, obtain a feieri facias, from the clerk of the fuperior cmirt of Randolph county, which was made return able to the faid court at March term, in the year 1810, and di- i cfted to the fhcrifF of Franklin county, in which you are charg ed of having entered your name frau lulendy and contrary to law, in the faid county of Franklin, for one draw in the fccond land lottery for faid flute, and to have drawn lot number fourteen, in the fourteenth dill rift of Bald win county, and that the faid fherifFhath returned thereupon that you were not to be found.
