forged Note of Hand for Tea Dollars,
figned Anna Macrery, witneffed by
James Tate, both of Jones county,
which the latter has depofed to be a
forgery. Au this infamous adl may
be repeated by the Swindler, who it
is reported lias forged other Notes,
I think proper to give information,
that ho may not injure focietv by hi*
depredations—lie is of a fmall fta-
ture, light complexion, midling thick
body ami fuil faced, (loops a little in
his walk, tells a plaufible tale of dif-
trefs. He was apprehended a few
days fince but made his efcape from
his keepers.
