' ’itchell, (Governor and Commander in Chief tf the 'rmy and Navy of this State and of the Militia thereof W HEREAS I have, as direct ed in and by an art of live General Aflembly of this State, en titled, '‘an Art to repnlatethe Gene ral Elections in this ftatc, and to ap- potyit the time of the meeting of the General Aflembly,” pafled the i 1th of February 1790,arranged & count ed up the votes of fuch counties as have in conformity wi’h the aforefaid art made return of the Elections Ivdd on the firft Monday of Ortober inftant, for four Members to repre- fent this State in the Houfe of Re- prefentatives of the Congrefa of the United States, from which it appears that William W Bibb, George M. 'Troup, flowed Cobb, and Bolling Hall, Efqrfi. have the liigheft number iof votes.
