AGREEABLE TO AN ORDER OP THE
Court of Ordinary of Chattooga county, them
will be sold before the Court House door in Sam
serville, Chattooga county,on the first Tuesday
in Sept, next, the following property to wit:
Lots of Land Number fifty-threeand Number
Twenty, in the Thirteenth District and Fourth
Section of Chattooga county, together with the
appurtenance?. Sold as the property of Wil-
Kiua McConnell, late of Chattooga county de
ceased.
Said lot of land containing 230 acres. He on
the main Valley road in Bruomtowo Valley,
•even miles nnrth-eastof Summerville, and con
stitute one of the most desirable situations, resi
dences and farms in the Cherokee country.
Toe two Lots of Land fie broadside and are
well improved. There being one of the best
brick dwelling booses in the country, large and
well constructed kitchens, negro booses, barn*,
thresher, cotton gin and screw. There are one
hundred and thirty or forty seres cleared, and
in a high state of motivation. There are on the
promises two splendid well*, and also two spring*
of never failing water. Any person wishing
farther information, can call upon the undt-r-
aigaed at Ringgold, Ga.. or R E Gilkeyson on
the premises.
