The present flock-holders who re-j
fide in any part of Europe, and mav
assent to that modification, may, at
their option, receive the intereli ac
cruing on the new (lock, either in the
United States as heretofore, or in Lon

lad case, the intereli will be paid there
by the bankers of the United States,
fix months subsequent to the day on
which the fame would be payable in
tire United States and fubjed to no
variation; nor to any other deduction
than a commissioner to the bankers,
of one half per pent, on the intercfl
