SAVANNAH :
FRIDAY, NoynMBRR 27, 1307.
Mr. BRYAN, the patriotic reprefertative

Representatives of the General AiTembly of
this State fome Refutations on the old fubjedl of
the kazoo bubole of 1795. We have not a
o pv of them, but we are informed by a g-ende
man lately from Milledgeville, that the fubilance
of them is as follows.
!• That the General AiTembly of the
otnte of Georgia still view with abhorrence and
dote Ration, the infamous Yazoo fpecnlation of
1 /95, and that they Rill hold in high venera
tion the virtue of the succeeding Legislature,
which rendered the scheme of that (peculation
abortive.
2. That the General AiTembly view as
difgraceful any compromise between the United
States and the Yazoo claimants.
3. That the thanks of the General A (Tern
b(y oc preTented to Mr. John Randolph and the
members of the Congfels of the United States
who firmly voted agri .il a compromise.
4. And that copies of the Resolutions he
transmitted to Mr. Randolph, to the S -cretary
of the Treasury, to the Secretary at War and to
the Attorney-General of the United States.
These Resolutions pa (Ted in the House of
Representatives with only four or five diffentient
voices, and it is supposed, that the fame una

Ihe Bank Bill, the online of which is
contained in our columns of to-day, we are in
formed will pass without much oppoiition.
