Webber arrived at Boston from Rotterdam, w uch place he left the 13th of June, informs, that Louis Bonaparte had arrived at the Hague ac companied by a numerou* and splendid retinue, and wa to be proclaimed Ktng next day. Great preparations had been made for the coronation ; and the sum of 2,500,c00 guilders ordered to be railed for the purpose of rendering tiieeftab lilhment worthy the nation and the illustrious prince appoint ed to rule over them. A letter from Amfi rdam. of the 6th of J une, lays, - ine ship General Eaton, Brown, from New-York, is just ai riv-- ed—(lie was lent away from the texel by a Briiifh man of war, and ordered for the Downs on the 26th of May.
