gaged by deed under seal to the petitioners, all
those tracts of land, containing three hundred
acres in Effingham county, atate aforesaid, on a
small creek adjoining Judidiah Weilman Kell) *s

bounded by land of Peter Arnetoff A F. Brook-

cuted from the beat and most recent authorij
ties. T he geographical part will be nrcpai td
by an eminent geographer; and the historical
ps't by the gentleman who edited the former
edition of Lavoisne
11. The work w ill be executed in thasam*
st)le as the Atlas of Lavoisne, already publish-
eil by M. Carey Cl Son.
HI. The price to subscribers w ill be twenty
dollars—to non-subscribers it will be raised.
IV. It ia expected that the work will be com.
lie ted and ready for delivery during the pre
sent year, anil will bo forwarded to subscribers
as soon as possible after wa tls.
