from our Correspondent at that place a
file of the Anglo Colombiano, to the 23d
ultimo, and letters to tlie 1st inst.
The Patriot army under Ueu. Paez, had
raised the Biege of Puerto Cabello, in con
sequence of the sickly season having cumr
tuenced, and one half of the troops being
on tit* sick list.
The Patriot fleet, consisting of the brigs
Indepeodcncis, Bolivar, and VoluiDario,
and sclir Centilla, had also raised the bloc
kade, and arrived at La Guyra on the 1st
of August. t
