and are vacant at the time of the survey thorcol,
originally granted to Wolfgang Mock, deceas
ed on the second day of April, one thousand
seven hundred and sixty-five.to secure the pay
went of the sum of eighty dollurs, on the fourth
day of December, eighteen hundred and three,
with interest at the. rate of six per cent, from
the fourth day of December, eighteen hundred
and two; and it appearing to the Court that
there is now due on said bond andmortgngethe
