J CARNOCHAN ami P.MITCIIEL are eor- • ry to he again brought before the public by a second notice of Mr Christie's, who has un doubtedly claims against them, which, when finally liquidated on the decision of the suit now pending, they will try to satisfy as soon as possible the leafier. The deeds under which Mr Christie claims an exclusive right to all the real and persona) estate of Carnochan & Mitchel, are considered as informal, unjust and illegal. Hence they' have been brought and are still before the court, and other deeds have been executed and re corded, conveying the property for the use of all their creditors, Mr Christie included, with out any trust or reservation beneficial to C. U M. or their families; and if this be not agreea ble to that gentleman, it must nevertheless ap- K ear fair anu equitable to the public and all who ave a sense of justice.
