flnsilty lmnidated on tlie decision of the suit
now pending,they will try to satisfy us aoon as
possible thereafter.
The deeds under which Mr Christie claims
an exclusive right Jo ail the real and personal
estate of Carnochsn & Mitoitel, are considered
an informal, unjust and illegal. Hence they
have been brought and are still before the court,
and other deeds have been executed and re
corded, conveying the property^ for the use of
all their creditors, Mr ChristieMneluded, with
out inf trust or reservation beneficial to C. U
H. or their families t andlfthii bo not agreea
ble to that gentleman, it must nevertheless ap
pear fair and equitable to the. public and all 4*no
liavo a sense of justice.
The Trustees under the late deeds are anx
ious to sell the LaOJa in Florida, alluded to in
the notice of Mr Christie, and to apply thepro-
cceds tb the Immediate payment of part m his
demand, and deposit a sufficiency thereof to co*
ver all his claim, subject to the decision of the
oourt—but his opposition to anv reasonable sate,
.is one interested in his own right, whilst injur
