The present owners not having it in their power to bestow that atrentiofi to it which a concern of such magnitude requires, are desir ous of telling the whole, or a puvt of th'tfli inter est in it, and no to offier it for tale ut a very low valuation, and much less than such a eti nature could he completed for. There has just been added to it a very supe rior Bice Founding Machine, capable of dis charging at least 50 tierces of clean rice per lay ; and a Corn-Mill, all set in motion by the same engine. The Saw-Mill is upon a new principle, by the late renowned Civil Engineer, Mr. REN NIE of London, who tu nt out one of hi% b< st workmen to superintend its erection It can nou cut with 48 saws, and may be made to drive twice that number.
