The deeds under which Mr Christie claims an exclusive right to all the real and personal estate of Carnochan Ik Mitchel, are considered as informal, unjust and illegal. Hence they have been brought and are still before the court, and other deeds have been executed and re corded, conveying the property foe the use*of all their creditors, Mr Christie included, with out any trull or reservation beneficial to C. & M. or their families j and if this be not agreea ble to that gentleman, it must nevertheless ap pear fair and equitable to the public and ull who have * sense of justice.
