The present owners not having it in theii power to bestow that st tent ion to it which a concern ofsuch magnitude requires, atedcsir ous of telling the whole, or a part of their inter est in it, and now offer if Jor tale at a very low valuation, and much less than such a tlntclurt could be completed for. The Saw-Mill is upon a new principle, b\ the late renowned Civil Engineer, Mr. REN N1E of London, who sent out one of his best workmen to suptrintend its erection. It ca" now out.with 43 saws, and may be made lodiivt twice that number. The Steam Engine is perhaps the best ii the United Slates, made by Messrs. HOLTON y WATT, of Soho, near Urmingliamj and erected under the inspection of their best lore man, sent out expressly for that purpo&e, A wonderful expence is saved in fuel, jte the saw-dust from the pitch-pine is ftmnd to unswei nstead of fire-wood, and is carried to thi mouth of the furnace from the pit by elevator* now. in use. The Rice Machine is also on a new principle and found by experience to answer bettor that any yet in use. The quickness ami regular!) oft! movement, producing it of asuperioi brightness without breaking the grain. The mill is situated on a line C eek, called Cat Head, on n branch of the AlUmnba River, and only about half a mile from Darien.
