The deeds under which Mr Christiecluims an exclusive right to all the real and per* sonol estate of Carnochan & Mitchel, are considered as informal, unjust and illegal, Hence they have been brought and are still oefore the court, and other deeds have been executed and recorded, conveying the property fur the use of all their credit- ors, Mr Christie included, without any trust or reservation beneficial to C.
