German Lutheran Church at Ebenez-
er, stating that the said John Freyermuth
on the fifteenth day of April, eighteen hun
dred if fifteen, mortgaged by deed under
seal to the petitioners, all those tracts of
land,containing three.hundred acres in Ef
fingham county, state aforesaid, on a small
creek adjoining JudWliah Weitmnn Kelly's
and Garrison's land; also another fitly acres-
situated and being in the district of E,
benezer, bounded by land of Peter Arne-
toff & F. Rrookners. at the time of survey
gr anted to Landfelder; also, another tract
of land situate in the sevpnteeth district of
the county of Bnldwip, containing two
hundred and two and a half acres, known
by the number (104) one hundred and
our, with the appurtenancqfrto secure the
payment of a bontfor obligation of the
said John, benring date the day and year
uforesaid & praying, the foreclosure of the
said mortgage. It appearing to the Court
that there is now due on the said bond and
mortgage the sum of two hundred dollars,
with interest at six per cent, from the fif
teenth day of April, eighteen hundred &
eighteen. On motion of Wayne and Cuyler,
attorneys of the petitioners,'it is ordered
that the said John Freyermuth, bis heirs
or representatives, do pay into Court the
amount due as aforesaid within twelve
months from this date, otherwise that the
equity of redemption of the said John and
his heirs, in the said mortgaged premises,
be foreclosed, and that such further pro
ceedings take place as are by law direct
ed.
It ia further ordered that this Rule be
published once a month for twelve months
ina public gazette of this state, or be serv
ed on the defendant or his representative
or agent six months prior to the time ap

lately, and is now ready to work as well as
any other mill on the river. The rough-
rice that will be sent to the mill will oe
kept separately in dry and safe stores, and
shall be beat wi'h the utmost care and
economy* and the ba^rella will be always de
livered in good order Empty barrels,
made of prime boated staves, will be furn
ished at the mill when required. The
terms for cleaning Rice Will be the same
as at the other toll-mills. Those planters
who will engage to haye their crops beat
at that mill, and keep her supplied, will
have 200 tierces, or as much less as they
