The deeds under which Mr Christieclaiins an exclusive right to all the real and per sonal estate of Carnochan & Miichel, are considered as informal, •injust and illegal, Hence thry have been brought and are still before the court, ami other deeds have been executed and recorded, conveying the property for the use of all their credit ors, Mr Christie included, without any trust or reservation beneficial to C.
