which, when finally liquiilatcu on the de

try to satisfy as loon as possible thereafter.
The deeds under which Mr Christie claims
ap excluMve right to all the rear and per
sonal estate- ol Carnnchan & Mitchel, are
considered as informal, unjust snd illegal.
Hence they have been brought and are still
before the court, anil other deeds haw
been executed and recorded, conveying
the property fi*r the use of all their credit
ors, Mr Christie included, without any trust
of reservation beneficial to C. £/M. or their
families; and if this be not agreeable to that
gentleman, it must nevertheless appeal’
fair and equitable to the public and all who
have a sense or justice.
