which, when finally liquidated on the de

try to satisfy as soon as possible thereafter.

W HEREAS I have been informed that
John Oarnochan and Peter Mitchell
ofthi" city have by sundry deeds recent ly
mortgaged and assigned to divers pv**ons
either their individual creditors, creditors
of the late firm of Carnnchan Mitchell,
or others, all or sundry the property and
estate, both real and personal, of the said
firm, as well as their own individual pro-
perty and estate, consisting together of
houses, lots, lands,stores, wharves, negroes,
'itc. in Savannah and Da ien in Georgia, or
the neighhoihood thereof, and elsewhere
with their interest or share in the stock
of the lower steam mill near Darien, and
sundry shares in the United States Hank
and other banks, as well us sundry debts
due to them in various places, besides
lands, lots, negroes, &c. in the territory of
Florida, ami particularly one large tract oi'

O N the Petition of Joint M’Nish of Sa-
vannah, in the county of Chatham,
1 tilling that John Conner in his lifetime,
to wit. On the 27th day of July, A. I). 1820,
executed to him Ids two several bonds, in
the petal sum of two hundred dollars each,
conditioned for the puvment of one hun
dred dollars each, on the first days of Ja
nuary, in the yeais ol our Lord one thou
sand eight hundred and twenty one, and
one thoufintul right hundred and twenty-
two 1 and for the better securing the pay
ment thereof, the said John Conner on the
bind twenty-seventh clay of Jnl\, in the year
uf our Lord one thousand eight humlied
and twenty, did make his certain deed
of mortgage, whereby he mortgaged
to hitn, his heirr, executors, administra
tors, and assigns, all that piece or par*

acres more or less, being the South East
end of a four hundred acre tract ol land,
originally granted lo William M’lntosh, si*
tuate ly ing and being on tlie south side of
the Great Snlillu River and waters thereof,

relieved and free from fever. I took some
of the medecino on hoard of the vessel,
and have witnessed the good effects with
all who used it. I advise atl captains of ves
sels to keep this medicine on boaid, and
they will find it u valuable remedy in all
