and ordered to be published.
Resolved, That the Pews not bold in foe
simple, bo put up to lot on Monday the 5th
December next, ut 11 o’clock, A. M. Tho
hour to he announced by tho ringing of tho
Bell.
Resolved, That persons now holding Pews,
bo allowed to retain thorn, at tho assessment
price ; provided that each shall, boforo the
day of nuIo, give notico to tlio Treasurer in
writing, of their desire to do so ; othorwiso
the Pew shall bo considered as relinquished,
And provided also, that all arrears, duo the
church by tho parties, shall bo paid prior to
that day.
Resolved, Thnt any person in arrears to
tho churchy shall be precluded from renting
Pews, unless the amount due by them res
pectively for tho present year, bo paid before
the day of sale ; and such sums ns may bo
duo for previous yours, must bo settled bv
cash payments or notos at three months, with
on approved indorser.
Resolved, Tlmt payments ho required for
pews retained or rented one half in cash and
tho balance in a note at three months ; and
that those conditions he complied with on or
before Thursday tho 8th of Doccmbor, oth-
ervyise the Pew shall be considered ns relin
