The C'ncinnati Sfnr is one of the best
as well as cheapest papers in the whole
country. The weeklv edition, which
costs only one dollar a year, is as large
as any of the two dolLr tfitv weeklies,
and much better than motof them. It
is made up of iatcesi'cg reading for all
classes, and in ah see.ions of the country.
Next to your county paper you cannot do
better than to sub enbe for it.
Thompson Hiles’ is the Cheapest

Seveial houses in town have been en
tered recently by unknown parties, and
articles stolen. Whether it was done by
tramps or paAes in the neighborhood is
the question 10 solve. Cannot somethin'
be done to detect these night-thieves?
Would it not be well for every man in
town to un'tc and form a Vigilance com
mittee for this purpose? No house is
sale from an unlaw,ul intrusion.
Boots, shoes, bridles and harness of all
kinds, made of the liest materials, and

all classes of the eountrv round about, by

Braiieiemi's Female Regulator.
We have often read in the newpapers of
the grand success of medical compounds
put up at the Norfli and elsewhere.
Many of those medicines have had their
day, and we hear no more of them. Their
proprietors have made fortunes, not so
much from thecuiativc powers and v ir
tuos oft Heir mixtures, as from the noto
riety given them by advertising, by which
people were made to believe ail the good
that was said of them. A preparation is
now before the public which is becoming
very popular, an ] is known as Bradiii id’s
Female Regulator, put up by L. H. Brad
field, if Atlanta. Ga., at $1.50 ior bottle.
Such is its curative virtues, that it has
gained wide-spread popularity all over
(he country where it has been made
known, and it is being introduced every
where. Wo are informed that immense
quantities of this medicine are being sold
in a'l sections of the South and South
west, especially in the city of Now Oi -
lcans ami in Texas.
This much wo say in justice to its pro
prietor, who is a gentleman of integrity,
and who would not engage in the manu
facture and sale of a humbug. —La

In a neighboring city in Ueorgia, there
is a married womar, who, after her third
confinement, had ulceration, with all its
repulsive symtoms. She tried in vain all
the nostrums; her husband carried her to
all (lie famous mineral springs, went with
her to New York, Philadelphia, and oth
er places, tq consult eminent obstetri
cians, to no purpose. After the use of
the fifth bottle of Regulator, she has been
fully restored to her former health and
happiness, and is now the joy of the
household —is able to walk two miles be
fore breakfast.
