from any other country into which
he may have escaped or come,
shall knowingly and wilfully upon
the high Teas, aid, assist or further
the said Napoleon Bonaparte in
escaping or going ro or towards a
ny other dominions or place what

That all offences against this ad,

and adjudged in any county with
in that part of his majesty’s domim

ner, and by a jury of such counry,

prehended, detained, or in custody
charged with any offence against
this act, may be detained in custo

to their being proceeded against
and tried for such offence.
