wharf attached thereto, and very safe from fire.
For tfie convenience of their friends residing be
tween the Ocmulgco and Oconee rivers, they
have taken the large and convenient Ware Houso
recently erected by Mr. G. B. Wardlaw, in East
Macon, which from its peculiar situation, is ren
dered quite secure from the danger of fire, and
from whence Cotton will be taken to the wharves
free of charges. Each of the subscribers will re
side in Macon the ensuing season, and promise
their unremitting attention to the interest of those
who may favor them with their business and
confidence. Liberal advances will be made on
produce, merchandize and other property conG-
ded to their care, aud strict attention given to the
filling of orders, receiving and forwardiug goods
&r. Insurance in the best offices can be effected
at the usual ratos when desired.
