by any other, route—and it is confidently expect-
>ea that tho advantages afforded to the public by
this Lino of Packets, will ensure it a continuance
.of the support which it has heretofore received

The officers and non. commissioned officers of
the Regiment and Battalions of each county, will
assemble atthe place and on the first day named
respectively, for drill and discipline; On the day
ensuing, the inspection and review of the Militia,
by regiments and battalions, will take place; and
j as a strict discharge of duty is enjoined upon all
. superior and subordinate oflieers, within their se
veral commands,- it is expected that tho actual
strength and condition of the troops, with prop
er vigilance aud decision on the part of officers,
may bo reported to the Commander in Chief.
All failures in the performance of duty will be
promptly noticed, and a uniform and spirited ex
ecution of the law will bo attempted by the Ma
