VALUA HUE PROPERTY
For g a it in the City of Macon.
T W O undivided third parts of the Brick Building,
situated on Mulberry and Third Streets, may
be puirhased on accommodating terms. The building
frouts about 208 feet on Mulberry street, and ICO feet
on Second street—three story high, roof covered with
tin, occupied as a Hotel, (well known ns the Central
Hotel,) two dwellings, and six store rooms, all at high
rents, of which the purchaser shall have the benefit.—
The out buildings are all ofbrick, and very commo
dious. There are also two wood buildings on the pre
mises, convenient for offices.
The location of the buildings renders them safe from
fire, ami particularly well adapted for a Public House.
The terms of payment will he made accommodating,
say in annual instilments of one, two and throe years.
If the above property be not sold before the 1st Tues

siness or pleasure may call them into any part ofthr
region through which it passes. The contractors pledge
themselves to do every thing in their power, to render j
tne situation of passengers comfortable .aud agreeable,
and respectfully solicit a share of public patronage.
Persons wishing to leave the route, either at Hamil
ton, Rothenvood or Carrollton, will be accommodated
with a mode of conveyance.
