I was seized, about throe years since, with a distres
sing Rheumatism,, caused by taking a severe cold while
under the influence of inerbury, anil which has dis
abled mo from business nearly- ever since; During
this period, I have been a patient in the Marine Hos
pital, in this city, upwards of four mouths,-a'ud nearly
the same length of tim-t in the Baltimore Hospital,, and
tried almost every remedy, with little benefit. Ou the
16th of February last, at that time scarcely able to
inuve about upon crutches, commenced the use of
The Indian’s Panacea. In one ’month I found uiyself
entirely free Irom pain, and am now, happy "1 s’ate

The undersigned has been labouring under Mercu
rial Rheumatism for three years past; durir.g which
period he was an inmate of the City Hospital, and un
der the medical treatment of thr ffiiysicians of that in

month of December last, I was permitted to’use The

CfiAni.KSTON', Dec. 20, 1831.
The subscriber had for nearly two years a scrofulous
nicer upon flie'kuce, covering a surface at times.as
large as her hand. It was so severe as Jo confine her
to the house nearly the whole of that time. She tistfd
many remedies in vain, and began ta despair of ever
getting relief, when she fortunately tried The Indian’s
Panacea, and is happy to state that four bottles healed
it entirely, and she has remained perfectly well to this
time, nearly a vear.
ELIZA 'STRONG, Gcorge-st.
Ch.vkli.stox, July 12, J831.
I was nfilicted four years with a:i ulcer in th" leg.
occasionally accompanied with erysipelatous iritlam-
mution aud excessive pain iu the leg and ancle joint.
Several eminent Physicians exerted their skill upon it,
but without permanent benefit. Ill this state, five hot
ties of The Indian’s Panacea made a perfect cure.
MARGARET A. WEST. 121, Meetiiig-st.
Charleston. Jan. 20, 1832.
This may certify that I was afflicted with a scrofu
lous disease for several years, during which time 1 em
ployed several eminent physicians both in Philadelphia
and Charleston, and also took' several hollies Of
.Svvaim’s Panacea, but all without permanent benefit.
During the last winter I was taken with an ulcerated
throat, which soon became so severe as to prevent tnv
taking sufficient food to sustain life. I remained in tins
situation several (lays, emaciated, and threatened with.
absolute and unavoidable starvation—when, as a last
resort, I had recourse to The Indian's Panacea, and
found from it almost immediate relief, recovering - so
rapidly that in four weeks I found myself quite well,
as I h.ive remained ever since.
ANDREW COZIER, King-st. •
A colored woman, belonging to Mr. AdamTunuo,
Charleston, was affected for nearly two years with a
distressing pain in her head, accompanied with ulce
ration in her nostrils, and a cbustimf discharge of very
offensive matter front her nose. Site was entirely re
lieved by taking two bottles of The Indian’s Panacea.
Pi-txam Co. Ga., 1834.
Tliis may certify that I have been afflicted with the
liver complaint these five years ; that I have been doc
tored for it by several of our best physicians without
effect; and that I was cured by taking nine bottles of
The Indian’s Panacea, with some other ittle mercurial
pills, directed bv our doctor. P. JOHNSON.
