ment. Every indulgence will bo given to creditors.

and the Brandon blacksmith.
A Telescope of uuffieient power for all practical
purposes will be received before the close of the Lec
tures. The instrument is selected by a distinguished
Professor, who has lately returned from Paris, ex
pressly for the subscriber; not of sufficient power to
sec the inhabitants of the Moon, but to see distinctly its
mountains, lull* a ad valleys. Tlie subscriber flatters
bimsell that tile facts and illustrations gathered from
the best American and European scientific journals to
be enabled , to offer a course of Philosophical Lectures
not umvorty the atteution of the citizens of Macon.

of said lots, and upon nil parts of them. I hereby give
distinct notice that I will prosecute to the extent of this
law, any and all persons, (whether they claim under
said Cotton or otherwise,) who shall by cutting or in
juring my timber, or by enclosure obstruct; or hinder
my free entry upon the said lots, or, otherwise im
pair my right therein.
