EXECUTOR’S SALE.
I N conformity to the last will and testament of
Harrison Smith, late of Talbot comity, deceased,
w ill he sold on the first Tuesday in January next, at
the court-house door in Talbotton, Talbot comity,
within the legal hours of sale, the following Lands,
towit, Nos. 256,293 and 294, in the 23d district of
originally Muscogee now Talbot county, and Nos.
249 and'256, in the 16th district of originally Musco
gee now Talbot county. The three first above lots
adjoin to each other, and there are near 300 acres of
cleared land, rich and fresh, with a good gin house
thereon, and which is a dcsitab'e plantation. The o-
thcr two lota are laying near the first, with a comfort'
able dwelling ho*se am! suitable out houses thereon,
with a few acres of clearcdland, and an apple orchard,
and is a desirable place for a private residence.
Also, will be sold at the same time and place, 35
Negroes, most of them young and likely.
And 011 Wednesday, the 6lh day of January nest,
will be sold at the late residence of said deceased, in
Talbot comity, the Perishable property of said de
ceased, consisting of horses, mules, cattle, a large
quantity of pork and stock hogs, corn, fodder, oats,
oxer, and cart, a waggon, plantation tools, household
and ..itchen furniture, and many other articles too te
dious to mention. Persons desirous to purchase will
please call at the premises and examine for them
selves. The lands will be sold on a credit of one and
two years, and will bo put np in such quantities as
will best subserve tho interest of the estate in the dis
cretion of the Executor, bat he will endeavor to suit
purchasers. The Negroes and the perishable proper
ty will he sold on a credit of twelve months. Notes,
with approved security will be requited, and the sate
of the perishable property will he continued from day
to day until all shall have bpen sold.

K. B. Tarver, late of Twiggs county, deceased,
will, on l-’riday, the first day of January next, within
the legal hours be sold at Turversville, Twiggs coun
ty, between fifty-five and sixty Negroes, a large por

.State, and a valuable plantation, containing eleven
hundred and odd acres, lying 011 the waters of Shell-
