Aho, the valuable Plantation in Pulaski county, 5 mi 1 ©
from Hawkinsville, known as the Collier place, containing
16 hundred acres of fine land, with about two hundred
acres of open laud, a good comfortable frame dwelling, out
housrs, and a two story franied Grist Mill with two pair ot
stones, and a Saw Mill in complete order, both mills aro
situated on a never-failing stream, entirely newand in co;n-
plete repair. This is n desirable and healthy location, and
cannot fail to please such rs are in pursuit of a valuable
plantation, with a Grist and 8aw Mill, aud every thing at
tached for vbe convenience of fanning.
Also, the Plantation in Monroe county, known cs the
Rutherford place, ten miles from Macon, adjoining the
lands of Needham Alims nnd John Powers; thi.; place con
tains six hundred acres of fine land, most of which is clear
ed and under good fencing, a comfortable dwelling, negro
cabins, gin house. &c. &c. situated on an elevated site,
within three or four hundred yards of the Monroe Bail
Road, and is considered entirely healthy. *1 his place
with a little improvement, is susceptible of being one of
