Co.—Sirs: Most gratefully do I embrace this opportunity for staling to you the great relief I obtained from the use of your Sarsaparilla. 1 shall also be Itappy. through yor. to publish to all wbo are oiHicted, as [ lately wa«, the account of my unexpected, and even for a long time despaired of cure. Mine is a painful story, and trying and sickening as is die narrative of it, for the sake of many who may be «o surely relieved, I will briefly yet ac curately state it. Nineteen years ago last April, n fit of sickness left me with an Erysipelas eruption. Dropsical collections immediately took place over the entire suj face of coy body, causing ?ucii ati enlargement that it was necessary to add a yard to my- tU wnia. K»srr.followed upon my limbs, ulcers prtitiful beyond description. Foryears.bdihTu slTm- iner and winter, the only mitigation of my sufferings was fjund in pouring upon those parts cold water. From my limbs the pain exteuJe<l over my whole body—there was iiterally for,me no rest, by day* or by night. Upon lying down, these pains would shoot through my system ami com pel me to arise, nnd for hours together, walk the house, so that I was almost entirely deprived of sleep. Daring this time the Erysipelas continued active, and tlie ulcers enlar ged, and so deeply have these eaten, that for two and a half years they have been subject to bleeding. Durin/ these al most twenty years 1 have consulted many physicians. Tltfse have called my disease—as it was attended with an obstinate cough and a -teady nnd active painin' my side—a dropsical consumpsion ; and though they have been skilful practition ers, they we*c only able to afford my case a partml and tem porary relief. l h&i\ many other difficulties tod complica ted to describe. I hnye also used. inan.v of tlu* medicines that have been recommended as infallible cures for this dis ease. yet these all failed, nnd 1 was most emphatically growing worse. In this critical condition, given up by friends and expecting (briny self relief only in dralit, I was by the kind ioterpo&ujpnof. Providence, -furnished with vour, to me, invaluable Sarsaparilla. A single bottle gave me on assurance of health, which f4»r twenty years I had not once felt. Upon taking the second my enlargement diminished, and in twelve*days from the fciii of October, when I com menced taking your Sarsaparilla, I was able to enjoy sleep and rest by night as refresuing as any I ever enjoyed when in perfect lien > ill. Besides, T was in ibis short time, relie ved from all.those excruciating nud unalleviated pains thnt had afflicted my days, as well as robbed me of tny night's repose. The ulcers upotjmy limbs-ore healed, the Erysi pelas cured, my size reduced nearly to my former tness- ure, ’ - . Thus much do I feel it n privilege to testify to the efficac** ofyour health rcst»iring:Satst'parilio. A thousand thanks/ sirsrfrom one who^e comfort and whose hope of future health are due under God. to your instrumentality. And may the same Providence that directed me to your aid, make the happy ar.d honored instruments ofldessing others. IS diseased aud despairing as vm\r much relieved nnd very gratefulfrfemi.
