An Advertisement for tbe State In the
Illustrated Graphic.
Tallahassee, Fla., Feb. 9.— The bureau
of immigration to-day entered into con
tracts with representatives of the Graphic,
a Chicago illustrated journal, for a Florida
department for one year and a series of
half-page illustrated articles on Florida.
The special value of the service to be per
formed by the Graphic lies in the fact that
it is the' official illustrated organ of the
World’s Columbian fair, which will mul
tiply its subscription circulation in the
northwest, now 33,000, to a wonderful de
gree, besides extending it by special con
tracts with the management of the exposi
tion into many foreign countrios. The
immigration committee of the Florida Press
Association will meet at the office of E. B.
Vandemar in Jacksonville, Friday. The
Florida commissioners to the world’s fair
are invited to mdet with them and discuss
matters pertaining to the Florida exhibit.

the frequency of the cough diminished ane
fourth. The sixth injection of the lymph
was admmistered by Dr. Smith yesterday.
Dr. Smith thinks the favorable issue so
early in-the treatment is due in part to fa
vorable climatic conditions. A case of
lupus is to be admitted for treatment.

“All is Not Gold

any sane man to sell good money at a dis

that when first-class reliable Jewelry, Sil

w ould naturally go to Sternbergs’ Jewelry

HOUSEHOLD WORDS ALL OVER EUROPE.
Van Houten’s Cocoa
“BEST & COES FARTHEST."
Now that its manufacturers are drawing the attention of
the American public to this first and, ever since its invention,
the best of all cocoas,it will soon be appreciated here as well
as elsewhere all over the world. All that the manufactur
ers request is simply one trial, or, still better, a compara
tive test with whatever other cocoa it may be; then V an
Houten’s Cocoa itself will convince every one of its great
superiority. It is because of this superiority that the
English paper Health, says: “Once tried, always used.”
W To avoid the evil effects of Tea and Coffee, use constantly VAN UOUTKN E COCOA,
which is a STRENGTHENER of the NERVES and a refreshing and nourishing bevorage. [52
