The boys of the Junior Department are among the most enthusiastic athletes of the association and have worked long, faithfully, and to good purpose, for the coming exhibition. They have taken part in fo iner exhibitions with the older mem bers of the association and have always acquitted themselves well, but this is 'to be a distinctly junior affair, so their pride has been aroused to duplicate or even ex ceed the success of all former athletic events. Patient Took Legal Steps to Have His Fee Refunded. An attachment was taken out In Justice C. D. Kline’s court yesterday against Prof. A. J. Dexter by Mr. J. Yarbrough. The plaintifl claimed that Prof. Dexter had contracted with him to cure him within three months of a severe case of catarrh. A consideration of $25 for this service wa-t paid over. The plaintiff claimed that he learned that T’rof Dexter was on the point of leaving the city, and, os he had been treated for but sixty days and his catarrh had not been cured, he thought he was entitled to the restitution by the professor of the f'*e he had paid. Accordingly he visited tho magistrate’s office. The case was settled, Prof. Dexter pav ing the costs and refunding the fee at once. REVIVAL AT SEVENTH STREET. Rev. 'lr.
